Solenari Care sells digital products only. This means there is no physical shipping of goods by post, courier, or freight.

8. Technical Support and Re-Delivery
If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or not delivered correctly, we may:
resend the access email;
provide an updated link;
provide a replacement file;
give reasonable technical assistance.
If we cannot provide the digital product within a reasonable time or the content is materially faulty, your rights will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
